Since 1947 we have been offering a great place to “get away from it all,” to fish, boat, swim, snowmobile, ski, explore, and just relax. We are the only resort that is still owned and loved by its founding family. Jay's Resort is located in the rugged country of the Western Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
Built in part from virgin timber that stood on the land, Jay’s Resort housekeeping cottages are clean, modern and picturesque. The cottages range from one to four bedrooms. Each is equipped with a fully outfitted kitchen, and satellite TV. Bedding is provided. The water from our well is so pure, clean and cold you’ll want to take some home with you. A boat slip is included. We have great dock facilities with ground faulted power accessible at each boat slip. Public boat launch is ½ block away.
